Chief's Camp occupies a private concession on Chief's Island within the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta. Twelve detached guest pavilions are constructed on elevated wooden decks, each featuring private plunge pools, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, and en-suite bathrooms with outdoor showers. The main lodge area provides a library and a central deck that overlooks a seasonal flood channel. Wildlife in this sector includes high concentrations of predators such as lions, leopards, and African wild dogs, alongside large herds of elephants and buffalo that move through the mopane woodlands and floodplains. Daily activities consist of twice-daily game drives in open-sided 4x4 vehicles. When water levels permit, mokoro excursions allow for silent navigation of the delta waterways to observe aquatic bird species and riverine flora.
