1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website and booking safari services through Kingfisher Safaris, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Kingfisher Safaris' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
  • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Cancellation policy:

  • More than 90 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • 60-90 days before departure: 50% refund of total cost
  • 30-60 days before departure: 25% refund of total cost
  • Less than 30 days: No refund

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are in the currency specified at time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, prices are fixed unless government-imposed taxes or fees change.

5. Travel Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

  • Obtaining valid travel documents (passports, visas) as required
  • Having appropriate travel insurance
  • Meeting any health/vaccination requirements for destination countries
  • Following all local laws and regulations

6. Limitations of Liability

Kingfisher Safaris shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.)
  • Changes or cancellations by third-party providers (airlines, lodges, etc.)
  • Wildlife viewing not occurring as expected
  • Weather conditions affecting activities
  • Personal injury or loss of belongings

7. Passport and Visa

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents. Kingfisher Safaris cannot be held liable for entry refusals or delays due to documentation issues.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kingfisher Safaris website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kingfisher Safaris or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to post, transmit, or distribute any content that is:

  • Unlawful or fraudulent
  • Defamatory, abusive, or obscene
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Harmful to minors

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
